My top 9 (yeah, fuck it, 9):
1. ROTJ: The climactic Luke/Vader/Emperor battle, starting when Luke jumps out screaming, choral John Williams score swelling with his anger. Vader’s role changing from one of menace and power to weakness and vulnerability as Luke reigns down blows, finally cutting off his hand. Luke and Vader simultaneously realizing what they have become, and Vader finally redeeming himself by choosing his son over his dark master. Pure catharsis; in fact, some of the purest catharsis, I think, in any movie. A powerful, beautiful, meaningful end to a fascinating arc.
2. Ewoks: The Battle for Endor: Cindel leaving Teek and Wicket at the end. I’m gonna cry just thinking about it.
3. ROTJ: “You already have. … Luke, you were right. You were right about me. Tell your sister…you were right.”
4. TPM: Darth Maul and Qui-Gon being forced to pause their duel when a force-field separates them. Qui-Gon calm, meditating. Maul seething, sneering, animalistic. A zen master and a caged beast waiting to be unleashed upon each other. An electric, visceral moment than transcends the film that surrounds it.
5. ANH: Luke gazing longingly at the binary sunset, dreaming of adventure as arguably Williams’ finest piece of score soars. One of the most romantic moments in cinema.
6. TESB: “I am your father.” (Of course; it’s obligatory.)
7. TESB: “I love you.” “I know.”
8. TESB: Luke hanging upside down, hearing the wampa roaring somewhere unseen in the background as he desperately tries to harness the force, the score growing increasingly urgent. Serious suspense and terror.
9. ROTJ: The rancor. That’s some scary, gripping shit, especially when you’re a kid.

#4 was a good call for a cool moment in a disappointing movie.

Boba Fett's nod of respect in Jabba's palace.
Lando upon meeting Leia: Well. Well, what have we here.
Han: We're all fine down here. How are you?

I'm having a really hard time coming up with a list but
'I'd just as soon kiss a wookie!'
'I can arrange that! You could use a good kiss!'
Is probably top five. Han and Leias dynamic thought that entire film is wonderful.

ANH: This is sacrilege, but I really like Han and Chewie running around the corner in the Death Star into about 50 stormtroopers. I think I only like this b/c it's a special edition addition, and I couldn't help laughing out loud when I saw it.
ESB: "I'd just as soon kiss a wookie." "I can arrange that!"
ROTJ: Slave Leia
TFA: Death of Han. Oh god, the feels!

"you promised me flesh!"
"He's made of so much skin! Yes I'll wear his face!"
"I know that with time I'll find it in someone's heart to forgive you."
"Well it's the funniest thing they're all dead!"
"THE SINGULARITY ENGINE!"
"It's Baby Time!"
"yaaaayyyyy!!!!"

I can't disagree with this.
