I'm probably in the minority on this but I've always found Talk About the Passion to be one of the less interesting tracks on Murmur. I've also always found Auctioneer really compelling. The main guitar part, the slow crumpled tension in Stipe's performance, the subdued climax. Such a good song.

I like Auctioneer but this isnt close at all.
Talk About the Passion is probably my favorite song from Murmur.
