The 'all alone/waiting to fall' and 'catch me as I fall' parts of Texarkana may be better than any particular moment in Undertow, but Undertow has an earned gravity to it that gets it my vote

Pretty equal match here for me. Texarkana hits me a bit more though. Love the little slide guitar accents littered throughout the song.

I like Texarkana a lot but Undertow is way too good.

"Texarkana" is one of my absolute favorite R.E.M. songs. That bass riff, and Mike sounds great on it.
