this is hard since I love both these songs dearly, but Electrolite is in REM's top tier, and Perfect Circle is standing outside peering in the window. Granted, that's where the song wants to be, but that doesn't make it better than electrolite.

"Electrolite" is perfection. I love "Perfect Circle" but this one's easy.

I voted for Perfect Circle but this is one of those matches where I change my mind before it closes.
I was the one who finally closed the Why Not Smile match.

Electrolite is onr of the most beautiful songs this band has ever done. And it fits wonderfully at the end of Hi Fi.

a simple lyric like 'you are the star tonight' somehow feels so powerful in this song
