Don Draper, Peggy Olson and Paul Kinsey are definitely not horrible people.

I don't remember who Paul is, but don has multiple women on the side, but seems good otherwise, and Peggy is good aside from banging a married man

I have 5 seasons on Blu-Ray. This show is fantastic and every season gets better. Are they making a 6th? 5th is easily my favorite. That episode where Roger Sterling takes acid and its also the three stories told separately is one of my favorite episodes of any show ever. This show is fuuuuuuuucckking good.

Is there a 6th season?

Don Draper is definitely more on the side of horrible person than he is on the side of good person especially that early in the series.

Good and likable are different things. It's hard to find a lot of good in most of them (except Peggy, who I think, is the eyes/voice of the audience), but all of the characters do become more likable as the show progresses.

Over the course of the show, just about everyone will surprise you by doing something selfless and kind. They'll also surprise you by doing something horrid and wicked.

It's really the best show on TV. Maybe ever.

It's had moments in the last few seasons that threatened to lose the narrative, and the long stretches of silence are starting to hurt the show. But it really is great.

I've never really thought Mad Men was about the narrative. It certainly moves the action forward but it is more about the characters and nuance.

Pete is easily my favorite character. Some of the funniest moments of the show come from him.

Christina Hendricks is nothing special by the way...

Yeah, I'll have to disagree. She's all the eye candy I need on that show
