Is there a PokemonGo forum yet? Or is it still under construction.

It's going to be a subforum of the Fitness subforum.

Yesterday was so weird. The impact of Pokemon Go on society was bizarre. I know it will dwindle down from here as the initial excitement wears off. But it was a saturday night and instead of people inside watching tv, or doing whatever it is people do, there were just groups of people walking all over. Just catching Pokemon. So fucking weird.

i was catering an event at the zoo today and was right on top of a pokestop. I watched so many people walk by, pause, spin around a bit, and then move on. If I wasn't busy I would walk by and say "gotta catch em all"

So do we need a separate Pokemon GO thread? Seems like there are a few of you playing it.

Whanganui's Hells Angels headquarters is getting extra traffic as users show up searching for a "pokestop" – a site where players can pick up items such as pokeballs, eggs, and potions.

My son is playing this. I'm confused about the 'big deal' of it, as it functions exactly the same as that game with nodes or whatever (Ingress?) from a year or two ago.
