I Love Lisa
On Valentine's Day in Springfield, Lisa's class at the Springfield Elementary School construct paper mailboxes for the Valentine cards they are about to receive. When Ralph does not get any cards and breaks down in tears, Lisa hastily gives him a card out of sympathy. Ralph immediately cheers up, and develops a romantic interest in her. Ralph begins to annoy Lisa at every turn. Lisa tries to escape the situation by telling Ralph she is not ready to be romantic, but Ralph uses his position as Chief Wiggum's son to get her tickets to Krusty the Clown's upcoming 29th Anniversary Special, as well as a leading part for himself in a President's Day pageant in which Lisa also stars. Ralph receives the role of George Washington opposite Lisa as Martha Washington.
With Homer having convinced Lisa that nothing can go wrong at Krusty's show, Lisa and Ralph go together. On live air, Krusty begins interviewing audience members, and Ralph takes the opportunity to declare that Lisa is the love of his life and that he intends to marry her. Angry, Lisa snaps, stating that she had never liked him and that the only reason she gave him a Valentine was because nobody else would. Later at home, Bart takes the moment to replay that scene to Lisa in which Ralph is humiliated and deeply hurt. Lisa soon feels guilty and regrets her actions in hurting Ralph's feelings.
On the night of the Presidents' Day pageant, Lisa tries to apologize to Ralph, but he ignores her to focus on his role. Ralph proves to be a remarkably effective and eloquent actor, gaining the approval of the audience. Lisa approaches Ralph after the performance and apologizes for her actions. He accepts and she gives him a new card with a picture of a bee on it, reading "Let's Bee Friends". Ralph laughs at the pun and happily accepts the offer of friendsh
The Simpson's 138th Episode Spectacular
Troy McClure hosts this episode, which highlights individual scenes and sequences from throughout the show and offers never-before-seen outtakes. McClure starts the episode by showing a brief presentation of how The Simpsons series was conceived by Matt Groening, James L. Brooks, and Sam Simon. He goes on to present some clips of the original shorts that aired on The Tracey Ullman Show, including the first one, "Good Night", in its entirety.[2] Next, a presumed commercial break is introduced with a trivia question about the message that appears when Maggie Simpson is scanned by the cash register during the show's opening sequence; the answer is revealed (falsely) to be "NRA4EVER." The show then returns to McClure, who responds to questions from fan mail by showing clips that contain the answers. The letters include questions on Homer's growing stupidity, how the cast and crew can create an episode per week, and hints of Waylon Smithers' homosexuality.
Another commercial break is then introduced with a trivia question, this time concerning which two popular characters have died within the past year; the answer is revealed to be Bleeding Gums Murphy and Dr. Marvin Monroe, although neither of them were ever popular (and the latter was not actually dead, as revealed in "Diatribe of a Mad Housewife"). McClure then presents deleted scenes from Simpsons episodes, "Krusty Gets Kancelled", "$pringfield (Or, How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love Legalized Gambling)", "Mother Simpson", "Treehouse of Horror IV", "Homer and Apu", and "Burns' Heir".
McClure also reveals that alternate endings to part two of "Who Shot Mr. Burns?" were created to prevent the staff on The Simpsons from spoiling the mystery that "all of America was trying to solve [...] this past summer". These alternate endings, most of which consist of random characters shooting Mr. Burns, conclude with a more elaborate ending in which Smithers is revealed to be the assailant. Troy McClure ends the episode by showing a montage of "hardcore nudity" (scenes of The Simpsons characters naked), set to the KC and the Sunshine Band song "(Shake, Shake, Shake) Shake Your Booty".

Oof, tough one. I'm going with I Love Lisa, but I'm not 100% confident in my vote.
