(Male or female, doesn't matter) and post the band or song you most equate with each person.

Do we also post who we're thinking about? Or just the song/artist

The Moody Blues is my Dad's all time favorite band. He also has a story about his own band beating REO Speedwagon in a battle of the bands back in the day. Obviously, both of those artists make me think of him.

But the band I most associate with my Dad is the Eagles. I can't listen to their music without hearing my Dad's voice harmonizing along in the car as we travel down the highway. Every road trip we ever took, my Dad blasted the Eagles Live and Desperado albums.

For my dad it'll always be Bob Dylan (especially Rainy Day Women and A Hard Rains A-Gonna Fall) and the J Geils Band.

For my dad, it's Pavarotti and/or Marty Robbins, both bring back decidedly different memories. Go figure... :/

Both my parents would be Dylan with my old man it's Desolation Row and my mother would be One More Cup Of Coffee.

There a lot of artists that make me think of my mom. Elton John and Harry Chapin are the big ones. Especially Harry Chapin.

The Beatles' Abbey Road is a big "mom" album for me too.
