Yeah, I didn't get that at all. I used to watch the Daily Show regularly, but not once since Stewart left. I don't know how the writing is on the show, but the clips of Trevor Noah I've seen are pretty bad.tragabigzanda wrote:She is just killing it right out of the gate this season. I can't fucking handle her right now. It's not that I find her annoying, I just find that her message is too acerbic. I mean, I know the country is going to hell in a Trump hand basket I don't need to see proof of it.

She has terrible delivery. Listen to how many jokes fall flat on that last video, and how many times the audience is silent where the writers intended there to be a laugh line. Like the very last joke about Pizzagate. She's terrible

Her jokes are obvious and like Jorge said, the delivery is awful. "Best in this genre"? Yikes.
