I was working in the bar in the point here about ten years ago. PJ and everyone else have played there at some stage.

Some bands have the bar close when they go on. George Michael did. It's great when that happens. You get to watch the show.
So you know all the songs etc and he's outside your taste maybe. But I watched him both nights.

That guy was a natural born talent. Such a voice. And has the songs. He was charming humble and very happy to take the piss it of himself. Such a talented and engaging showman live.


Always appreciated his honesty about his life. Honest about liking taking drugs. Honest about liking discreet and not so discreet encounters in the men's room.

Hope the media don't go to that and just honour his talent.
