RM needs a "like" or "favorite" function to let the author know we enjoyed the post without actually having to post and say so.

Absolutely. I know this place can be intimidating sometimes. Just keep in mind that it's mostly in good fun. People like to tease and ruffle feathers. Try to find the humor and play along. It's rare that someone is out to troll or offend. Sure I'm not going to agree with anyone but I'm also not going to dislike someone who contributes to the conversations on the board. Case in point, Plat. He and I don't see eye to eye, but that's fine. It makes for conversation and debate.
