Every Oasis drummer.

Keith Richards in his present state.

James Iha from Smashing Pumpkins.

If we're discussing people who were blessed to find themselves in successful bands, I'd add D'arcy alongside James Iha. Not a whole lot of their playing is on any of their albums. Whether that's down to Corgan's obsessiveness, or to their sloppiness, I'd say a mixture of both.

talentless hack might be a bit harsh but he's for sure the worst guy in that band. bland and monotonous on album, complete mess live.

I wouldn't love The National as much if it wasn't for the guy's voice. He's great.

Everyone in Coldplay but Chris Martin. I am not sure if there's another successful band that rides the coattails of it's leader so hard.
