B-sides/outtakes are also fine, but where they're placed in the chronology depends on when they were recorded as opposed to released. So in the case of an outtake like "Sad" that counts for Binaural, not Lost Dogs.

You can have as many songs from each time in a row. Your setlist could include the entirety of Ten, Vs and Vitalogy if you wanted it to.

The challenge is to make a setlist that flows well as a show while keeping it chronological
