Around the Bend is another grower, for me. I've really come around on it over the years. It's a lovely lullaby that continues to grow and impress. Really dig it.

Mankind is a fun rocker that doesn't get enough respect and is WAY underrated.

In My Tree is my all time favorite song by any artist ever. It's sublime, immaculate, and absolutely perfect in every way.

I used to really dislike Around the Bend and Mankind, and have come around on them both a fair bit over the years. I also think In My Tree is probably the second most overrated pearl jam song. But it's still very good, and clearly the best song in this grouping.

I went with In My Tree, but I agree with stip that it's hugely overrated.

I'll allow this from you. But only from you. Because I love you. And I admire your honesty and conviction.

In My Tree has always been a top 3 song for me, and didn't realize that it was so overrated until I started reading RM. That never swayed my opinion, bc I just personally love it so much.

Can't wait to see what Ruddo says about this match.

It's not "overrated." As you pointed out, only RM says that. And the big irony of that is that everyone on RM says it. The vast majority of posters here talk about how their tired of IMT or how overrated it is. How can the thing be overrated if NOBODY FUCKING LIKES IT.

Makes no sense.

:haha: i get that

I understand why people say might say Even Flow is overrated, simply bc of overplay. But In My Tree? Nahhhhh.

It's so fucking weird to me. But whatever. It is what it is. I'll always love it and I'll never apologize for that. It's a brilliant song.
