I really dislike In Hiding.
Lowlight is alright but just doesn't do much for me.
Pilate is a good song.

In Hiding does have a strong pre chorus, but the chorus is weak, and the verses are some of the most insufferable in the catalog.

Low Light and Pilate are my least favorite songs on Yield. Easy vote for IH.

Of course not. This is RM. It wouldn't have had a much better chance against Hummus or Red Dot.

Low Light is so good. I could listen to it every day of my life. Maybe I'd be a better person if I did.

Low Light and In Hiding may be my favorite 2 song run in any album. I hate to see them against eachother.

I might consider In Hiding my all time favorite Pearl Jam song so I'll vote for it. But Low Light is so damn great.

Pilate is fantastic as well, honestly.

Low Light is ridiculously overrated.

Man, I love that sweet bridge in Pilate. But it's In Hiding all the way. It's such a cathartic song.

Of course you rubes think In Hiding is better than Low Light and Pilate.

No one had posted in the meantime so I just edited my post. Easy peasy.

In no way is any song here a runaway, but I'll give a slight edge to Low Light. In Hiding is great, and was hovering around my top 10 for quite a while. But Low Light (similarly to Sometimes) just has an x-factor. Jeff's songs are great at putting you in a setting as opposed to a story; the music and vocal to Low Light puts me in a very specific spot every time I hear it. And it's got one of my favorite Ed vocals.
