I Got Shit, but I'm not particularly passionate about either of these. There was a time when I Got Shit blew me away, however, and I've never felt that way about strangest tribe

Strangest Tribe is great. It got a bit lost for me until a few years back. Now I love everything about it. This is how I want Ed to tackle songs in the future. I Got Shit is great but it has also diminished for me. I miss the frailty of the studio recording, live it gets too much bluster.

How can anyone vote against that Neil solo?

I Got Shit. I actually like both the studio version and it's live iteration. Neil's mood basically overtakes everyone and everything else going on in the studio version to wonderful results, while PJ approaches more as a gnarled pop song. I like both takes. Strangest Tribe is a wonderful little song and I'd be fine with it advancing, but I'd give it to I Got Shit.

I kind of dislike I Got Shit these days. Those lyrics are just embarrassing.

They're a little overwrought, but it's that kind of song. I think they're pretty good.

Yes, the lyrics from "I got Shit" are pretty embarassing.
And I love them, it gets my vote.

I adore "I Got Shit" but "Strangest Tribe" is one of those songs I will never not vote for. Unless it's up against a titan like "In the Moonlight."
