Once upon a time, this would have been very close, and probably even Do the Evolution, but Last Exit is as fresh and powerful as ever. DTE has gone the way of the overplayed classic, for me, though it is undeniably an excellent song.

I looked at this match up and thought "this is going to be tough". Then I pretty much instantly clicked on Last Exit. Both great songs though.

Yeah, I find myself kind of in this same boat, though every time I've hear the studio or Monkeywrench version of "DTE," it's like hearing the song anew. I may well change my vote. But I went with Last Exit. I love both of these. Both are winners in my book.

Last Exit. It's a classic power house. I think this and Animal may be my favorite rockers from the early days.
