Yes. Since Matt took over on drums he has dominated the backing vocals since he is a much better singer than Stone / Jeff. I think I've seen Mike sing on RITFW once. Since Ed's voice started to breakdown (Avocado / Backspacer) there are more frequent harmonies in the songs and a bit of double tracking to strengthen the sound of the vocal. Before that a lot of the back up stuff wasn't harmonising with Ed - eg. Black do do dos, Rearviewmirror ("want you, want you"). In fact pre-2000 there really aren't even many harmonies in the studio that spring to mind - Nothing Man chorus, Even Flow chorus.
Some additions ex Matt:
Jeff: DTE (choir), Low Light (unfortunately), Black (pre-93?),
Stone: DTE (choir), Rearviewmirror (pre-95/96), Black (pre-93?),
Mike: RITFW

Some additions:
Mike has joined in a little more recently on other songs. The Fixer, DTE, some others too I'm sure.
Jeff also sings on Insignificance, Rats, Crown of Thorns, Army Reserve, Otherside, Ghost, The Fixer, Got Some, Leash
Stone also sings on Man of the Hour, Army Reserve, Got Some, Leash
They're the first few that come to mind. There are many more I'm sure.

it sounds like Matt to me, but my guess would be Jeff because he wrote the song.

Speaking of background vocals, why does Jeff have to look straight up at the ceiling when he sings?

Pearl Jam backing vocals are always so low in the live mix, they may as well not even be there. It fucking sucks
