I think LV nailed it. It's tough to beat. It's the first image I think of when someone mentions Star Wars.
It captures the overall narrative of the series so well but without throwing it in your face. It's subtle.

I've seen these films countless times and I've never really made the connection between the two suns and Luke and Vader. God damn.

Yea that Vader shot is remarkable. I have to go with the Two Suns. Add the music and it becomes pure perfection.

That Vader one is nice. I tried to find a close up of him after Han is frozen and all the steam comes up in his face. That's a really cool (and scary) shot. That and the close up of him during Leia's mind probe. Vadar as his most menacing, I love it.
