Early review:
For iPad: Awesome! Multiple selects. Split-screen views. New dock is great. Siri is better. App switcher with control panel is great. A modified version of Dark Mode. But for me, the big thing is the ability to drag and drop files and folders. This is more of a revolutionary step for iPad than an evolutionary one. Brings iPads closer to desktop replacement territory.
For iPhone: Ugh! Relies a lot more on force touch, which my beloved iPhone SE doesn't have. But removing the ability to dismiss individual notifications with a swipe is a HUGE misstep to me. Having to open every notification to get rid of it or "clear" an entire day of notifications is fucking RETARDED. I wiped my phone and switched back to 10.3.2.

Thanks for the early warning. I don't have a force touch friendly phone either.

Public Beta 2 update:
iPad: Open apps can now be "swiped away" like in previous versions instead of the stupid "hold, wiggle, hit the X" thing (like rearranging icons) that they were trying to do in Beta 1.
iPhone:

Added a close button on notifications, so now it's just a hold and hit the X to close notifications. Still not as good as the previous way to dismiss notifications, but it's better than the fucking ridiculousness of forcing people to view the content of the notification before being able to close it.

I'm learning iOS 11 and force touch at the same time. This is a whirlwind for my tech-wary brain.

Really enjoying the option to edit and send screenshots without saving them in iOS 11

26? I’m on 18. I thought I did the latest one a month or so back.

I believe they will start on annual numbers. They jumped from 18 to 26. I’m on 26 now, you can also update.

Installed this and my battery’s been draining like crazy. Going to roll back I think.
