I know no one truly sets out to make a terrible movie but the ideas presented in this one never gave anyone pause? Like, wtf man. 300 as a scientist? Mission Control (an emaciated Mission Control, at that) as anything other than a villain at this point in his career? Terry Benedict as anything other than the red herring of the story? Bess Throckmorton was interesting for a minute as a potential red herring and that would have made the movie more fun.
