Cornell on the other hand was like the grim reaper to birds. Cited sources: Like Suicide, Killing Birds, Bones of Birdsverb_to_trust wrote:It's not really clear to me whether he was able to save the bird.

I'm sure it's plenty common. Locking the bathroom door is just routine like putting on a seatbelt or subtly blaming a spouse for a man's suicide.soundwarden wrote:It is a little interesting, isn't it?malice wrote:open investigation? damn
I know I've said in the past that Chris was probably so drugged up on Ativan and suffering from the terrible side effects that his state of mind and desire to willingly kill himself was highly questionable. I still don't think a sober Chris Cornell ends his life, but there are a couple of aspects to ponder.
I won't blame anyone else for his death, but it does intrigue me that he apparently did this right after a phone conversation with his wife. A conversation his wife said ended abruptly when he hanged up on her.
Also, do you think it's common for people to lock the bathroom door after employing the inside security latch on the main door? Certainly makes you feel like he didn't want anyone to easily reach him.
I wasn't indicating i thought his wife was to blame (sorry @skitch, this isn't directed at you, im just too lazy to to quote the right post.)@SkitchP wrote:I'm sure it's plenty common. I travel and stay in hotels almost every single week for work. Over the last 16 years I can't recall a single time when I even shut the bathroom door while peeing/pooping/showering.@SkitchP wrote:verb_to_trust wrote:In an empty hotel room I'm pissing and probably even pooping with the door open.
Same here if im thinking about it, but just out of general habit I usually close and lock the door. I aint turning around to change that.

That's the same guy who pays for hand jobs.verb_to_trust wrote:See, isn't this interesting?
I like how this somehow has tied into wanking.@SkitchP wrote:That's the same guy who pays for hand jobs.verb_to_trust wrote:See, isn't this interesting?
