Ehh, I dunno. I mostly like it, but it's very rough around the edges (obviously). Also, I was never able to completely finish it because I've never been able to get someone to score it to my satisfaction (a musician friend made one for it, but I rejected it). So it's totally done except for the music.

Student films are so fascinating. Even when they're terrible and pretentious, there's usually this confusion and earnestness to them that I find endearing.

I agree, it's people scrambling to find their own voice while also affecting a certain sophistication. They're fun to watch.
