I took all those yesterdays for granted, its my favorite song but i figured the 3rd round wouldn't be too late to get it. And i may have reached for all or none, but it is also a top 10 song for me, and i don't know if it would have lasted a lot longer

I really thought I could wait a round or two for Severed Hand.

Animal may have been a reach in the 2nd... But the picks were pretty much all over the place, in the early rounds, so it's difficult to tell. Though I can say, none of my picks came from the point of view of "I guess I'll pick this, because there's nothing much left to pick from." As has been mentioned quite a few decent songs were left up for grabs.

I took Cold Confession early, but Sleight of Hand would have been my other first round pic. I got what I wanted for the most part. I picked Hummus very early, because I needed it break up two themes on my list that are both very pointed. Unthought Known almost didn't get picked. It was going to be Speed of Sound which really would have worked well for my second theme and would have made CC close out the list. Then I thought about Uk I liked it as a closer for it's which road you taken as well as alot of other lyrics. I thought if I Knew the man in cc this is a song I would really want him to hear. "Nothing left" seemed clever for the ending as well.

These were all really good listens. Even enjoyed some songs I usually am very bored with! The mix aspect definitely lessen the gap between matchups.

BIH vs DVH was extremely difficult. Dr. had no missteps with the playlist

looking back over my scoring most of the teams this bracket were pretty close. Kurtleon and Adamdude were the only real outliers

Here's a new link for my playlist on dropbox. The previous version had a dropout on SOLAT so it's been updated.

I like Kurt's sequencing a lot better. Though Ilpazza probably has more songs that I'd rank higher the sequencing is a little too messy for me.

Cutuphalfdead vs Oasisfan35
This one was tough, both tracklists are well formed. I gave it to chud because Oasis threw Wash smack bang in the middle of the list there where I don't feel it works as well. Maybe if it and Wishlist were swapped to ease it in or something?

Birds in Hell vs Dr. Van Nostrand
This one was the toughest yet. I like both the tracklists; Spenno's is more interesting/new but Doc's probably works better. I'm gonna give this one to Doc because I feel Glorified G and Comatose are both not as good as anything on Doc's list, and I'd probably prefer to listen to his order.

did you guys just decide not to vote on your match since the votes will cancel themselves out anyway?

Pretty much, plus I just felt like a dick including it. Of course everyone is going to vote for themselves, that's why they picked those songs and chose that order. I don't really see why it's allowed, personally. Plus we're both just great guys.

I added one or two little transition-thingeys for a fresh approach which hopefully some will enjoy. It is best enjoyed at a loud volume with a beer.

You have a phenomenal team, doc. I spent a good hour on your match-up. My vote was not easily cast. And frankly, I still have time and might change my mind. I keep going back and forth.

If you listen to my mix, you'll be glad you voted for me, Joey. :)
