The whole song grabs me. It’s like a journey, it keeps opening up, and then really hits with a fantastic finish.
I can’t believe I forgot about this one. Great pick.

this is the first thing that came into my head. i watched a live performance of this song over the summer where he only sings the background vocals. holy fucking shit. when talking about radiohead i don't always bring up thom yorkes voice, but he's amazing. i'd probably add 'fake plastic trees' last verse, as well.
"porch" unplugged. everyone here knows what i'm talking about. i'll run through a wall listening to that.
"la woman" mr mojo rising > guitar solo
"dancing nancies" live at red rocks violin solo
end of "warehouse" that my blood down there...
the needle and the damage done. the whole song.

The last half of this song. But more specifically, starting around the 4:30 mark. And then even more specifically, at the 5:09 mark.

I am not sure there’s much that tops the breakdown then massive return in Born to Run.
“The highway’s jammed with broken heroes on a last chance power drive…”

I dig this, sounds like Neu and Can. All their stuff like this?
for the most part...kind of.
i'm surprised you've not heard of them. Cate Le Bon co-produced one of their albums, and made an EP with Bradford Cox.
Microcastle and Halcyon Digest are two great albums of theirs.
