The Paper Mario franchise is solid. Although not "Paper," Super Mario RPG might be the best game in the Paper franchise. If you have an SNES Classic, check it out.
Have you played Origami King yet?
No and it will be a while. I still have Super Paper Mario and Color Splash in my backlog.

Super Mario 64 might be the most overrated 3-D platformer of all time.

On the other hand, Super Mario World is definitely the greatest 2-D platformer of all time, and it's only competition is Super Mario Bros. 3.

I'm still going with Crash Bandicoot over Mario every time though.

Jammer has a very unique view on games. I'm guessing he had a PS1 as a very young child.

I had a Playstation and a Game Boy Color of my own, but I also played N64 constantly at my friends' houses. I had PS2 and Gamecube too once those came around.

I get it, but I wouldn't say it is funny.

I've never played the original so I'm ok with it.

Even the remastered Crash games pale in comparison to the original Super Mario 64. I've been playing a good deal of both lately.

Well, I am still playing Odyssey. Finding as many moons as I can. Generally, I am getting each world down to single digits left and then fucking off. Same with the purple coins. In one world I am missing one. Ugh! I am having fun with all the mini boards that are opened in each world after beating bowser, but I am frustrated that, like Zelda, there seems to be more game play after the final boss. And the ridiculous number of outfits and insane prices for them makes no sense. At least make them cheap so you might actually get a chance to wear them while you’re still playing. One huge positive - the music in this game is so good.
