I feel you. I didn't hate The Mexican but there was another Brad Pitt movie that gave me a very similar experience: Meet Joe Black.

That is an awful feeling. I can sympathize.
I’ve only left the cinema mid-movie once.
As a tween, I ended up in the cinema with two friends. We were at a mall, and decided to go to whatever was on. It was a French movie. There were five people watching, fifteen minutes in, us three were the last ones left. We hated the movie. Eventually we left, incredibly bored.
No idea what movie it was. Probably happened around 1990.

I definitely watched the whole thing but I don't remember a thing about it.

I don't think I've ever left a movie theater. If I'm there I'm there.

My right wing mother-in-law apparently went to Sorry To Bother You without knowing what it was about. She walked out when the "white voice" plot line started, which is probably for the best, since it means she missed all the pro Communism stuff.

Walked out of both Ant-Man and Ant-man 2. Boring as fuck.
I used to stay to the end, but I've adopted a policy of walk outs or, if I'm at home, fast forwarding through boring shit. My life has improved greatly.

Yeah, I've never walked out on a movie at the theater before, either.
I've seen soon he terrible films but I've seen them all the way through.
We did turn off Fist Fight in the middle. But that was on HBO or whatever. And I totally would have finished it but the wife was not having it.

Oh that reminds me, we turned off Deadpool 2 because it gave off big time Seth McFarland vibes. But I don't even think that was a rental, I think that was free.

I left the theater for The Piano and Norbit. Wanted to for Evita but my date at the time didn’t want to

And the Mexican does not belong in this thread, it’s not a good movie but it does have a good James Gandolfini performance
