I don't have anything against Daughter, really. I just happen to love Small Town, especially live, and especially when the whole building screams "hello." Sorry Ruddo. I just kind of figured if you didn't like one live, you may not like the other: both acoustic based pop songs that are played to death, etc. Daughter does have cool tags sometimes, but hey, to each his own.

Seriously. There's so much more going on than in a cretin little ditty like Small Town.

There may be, but while it's not ground breaking at all, it's an enjoyable enough little ditty and like stip I enjoy those collective group moments of PJ shows.

Also, Small Town was the first song I ever played and sang in front of people, so there's a certain nostalgia at play.

Excellent parallel. Much like PJ & Daughter, they probably have 50-75 songs better than this, but both are still enjoyable enough live.
