So this is damn good. It's amazing how much mileage you can get from writing with a new lead instrument, in this case, keyboards and synths instead of guitars. Like how Springsteen wrote Born to Run on the piano. (As a side note, this is something I wish PJ would do.)

Anyway, it's funky and makes me want to just tap my foot until the soles wear down and I have to go to Amazon.com to buy a new pair only to start the vicious cycle all over again.

thats a pretty good compilation and introduction of the band

They Want My Soul is Spoon by numbers, but in the best possible way. Great songwriting and playing to their strengths. It's aged quite well for me.

This is the most recent "How did I just start listening to them now???" band for me. Awesome stuff.
