my wife and I are still on season one and somewhat hohum about it...so it gets a lot better?
yeah, that's where I got the pic... I was actually looking for RMers' opinions, because it's kinda open to interpretation. If you read that article, you'd realize that the title is misleading (for clicks, I s'pose), and David Chase has remained vague when discussing it.

I did read it. That's exactly why I posted it. To answer the initial question you posted.Iholdthepain wrote:If you read that article, you'd realize that the title is misleading (for clicks, I s'pose), and David Chase has remained vague when discussing it.

Oh yeah, the first season just kinda lays the foundation for what is to come.

We all have our good days and our bad days, friend. Don't beat yourself up. You're still way ahead in this game.@SkitchP wrote:durdencommatyler wrote:Dev's been so introspective lately. I've really enjoyed it.
You know what I really enjoyed? When I used to know how to fucking quote someone properly. Jesus Christ on a pony I suck at interneting.
i remember taking a long time to get through season two after plowing through the first season. in hindsight, it was probably a shift in the pace of the show that had me struggling a bit to stay tuned. nevertheless, a lot of season two sticks in my head, so i have no doubt i'd like it more a second time through.@SkitchP wrote:EJ wrote:This season elevated a ton for me after rewatching the series.tommymtcom wrote:I have. Agreed. Season 2 benefits a ton from repeated viewings.
