Watched an episode today. It was the Christmas episode where Joe couldn’t let a rewind fee of a video rental go. Some people say this show is dated. Wtf?
All time favorite comedies
1 Wings
2 Seinfeld
3 Curb
I've been rewatching Wings for the first time as an adult and..
It's actually pretty darn good?

I think it’s often laugh out loud funny. The chemistry among the cast is so good. It just makes me happy.

Loved Leon’s conversation with Jerry. Cracked me up.

I’d try for Chicago if I didn’t think the audience wouldn’t feel entitled and think the dumb shit they yell is part of the show.

Larry: I said it and I kinda got in the mood.
Jeff: Let's get it.
Larry: Really? You wanna play?
Jeff: I'm all over it, let's go.
Larry: Absolutely! Okay!
Larry to Cheryl: You don't need to play - it's better with two.
Jeff to Cheryl: Do you have any milk?
Cheryl: ...

Who was the best one-off guest star? I'm thinking this kid:
Jerry rescues Larry from prison, should have been Jeff and not Jerry. Curb was about Larry and Jeff, not Larry and Jerry.

I know and the finale was about Larry saying he’s learned nothing and him playing up the idea that he’s too stubborn to change his ways. Both endings were bad compared to what came before them in each series. Larry and Jeff at least would have made more sense for Curb.
