Dumb and Dumber and The Cable Guy are both certified classics and should be sent into space on the next Voyager for other civilizations to find.
Ace Ventura and When Nature Calls are both near and dear to me and chock full of dumb lols, but I wouldn't call them "good movies".

Back in high school I had a friend as needy and unhinged as Cable Guy. He ended up getting arrested after taking a bunch of drugs and stealing his dad's decorative katanas and swinging them at strangers in the street.
