I know I have a reputation for having out there movie opinions, but I think my wife might have even wilder takes than I do. Sometimes she'll drop an opinion that makes me even me do a double take.

This reminds me I need to rewatch Alien 3. I thought it was pretty underwhelming the first time around, but I understand there's quite a bit separating the different versions. Also, LV seems to think it's a masterpiece. Worth a shot.

"Masterpiece" is a bit strong but it's very good, my third or fourth favorite of the franchise. The Special Edition is significantly better than the theatrical, though.

Alien 3 is great yeah specially if you also add up all the drama that project had behind, its very miraculous they had such a strong sequel. Kinda weird Fincher hates it so much.
