I liked season 2. I liked this season as well, even though I don't like a solid chunk of the characters.

I couldn't get into the V storyline at all.

I didn't like S1 enough to check out S2 and beyond. You guys are helping me feel good about my decision. So, thank you.

I love this show a lot. Season 3 was good even though the Norma story line annoyed me a bit. Young Norma was a major cutie, though.

and season 3 is not even worth looking at. I wish this show was only a half hour long. So much wasted time. Who cares about the guards? They were caricatures for two years, and now we're supposed to care about their job security? yuck

That one guard from season one was really good in Desire Under the Elms on Broadway a few years ago.

Here's how little I care about the guards: I'm not going to do any googling to try to figure out who the hell you're talking about.

OITNB is a crap shoot. The last two seasons had some really good episodes and story lines buried in a lot of crap.

I want Piper to choke on something and die off screen. They can just come back for season 4, and have an off hand explanation in episode 3 like "Hey, remember that Piper girl?" "Who? The one who choked on a potato? Yeah, I guess." Shrug.

Yeah, I'd like it even more if they gave the focus more to the most interesting and likeable characters. The difference between great and uninteresting characters is really big here. Characters like Poussey, Nicky, Sophia, Red, Taystee, Suzanne and so many more are great.

Yeah, Piper and Donna (I still refer to her as the 70's Show girl) are my least favorites. I like the black girls crew the best.

Kaputo is pretty good.

Caputo is basically Stip

Anyone still watching this? We're 5 eps into season 4. So far
1) Piper is somehow more annoying.
2) The black chicks, especially Black Cindy, are the best characters by far.
3) The backstory vignettes are still done really well.
4) Lori Petty seems like she's having fun, but that's a rough looking 52 years old.

I've heard a major character dies. No idea whom. Wish it was Piper, but I'm guessing Alex, Dogget, or Daya's mom.

I still hate-watch every episode whenever a new season comes out. No clue why.

My wife and I are the same. A couple of seasons ago that episode where Morello's backstory was revealed, I was hooked. I keep hoping for another ep as good as that.
