Im very curious is Michael Mann makes Heat 2.

The book is huge and have everything, from time jumps to different locations and a lot of scenes that seem very difficult and expensive to shoot.
I loved the book and to be a part of those characters again, but he sure needs to adapt it in a way more short version.

My mom, who doesn't usually watch any movies that aren't based on a true story, told me she watched an amazing science-fiction movie that she thought I'd like but she didn't remember the title. After asking a few questions I was able to figure out the movie she watched was the first Ant-Man

When did "It's a lot of fun" become code for "this movie sucks"?

You see it a lot when Disney screens a new Marvel or Star Wars movie for the die-hard nerds and they all feel obligated to say something good about it.

Does this actually happen? I think when people say "it's a lot of fun" they usually mean that they had a lot of fun watching it

I think it means the movie lacked depth (when perhaps others in the genre hadn’t), but it still has cool explosions or costumes.

The documentary about the Boeing engineer who died from a ruptured colon after getting fucked in the ass by a horse is available in full on YouTube

I watched it at a film festival a long time ago. One of the weirdest fucking documentaries I've ever seen, largely because the filmmakers chose to frame it as this tender, emotional, almost heartwarming story about this group of middle aged guys who got together secretly to fuck animals.

Fascinating story and some truly bizarre filmmaking choices.
