Yeah, Elijah was great...i loved his dialogue with Hanna´s mom at the end of the episode.

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

Watching season 4 again for no reason.

never even heard of this guy, but if he's in this show he probably suckstragabigzanda wrote:Riz Ahmed will be in the season premier. This guy is killing it! Every new role seems to showcase a new facet of his abilities. I'm becoming super excited by his work -- whenever I see his name, my interest perks up a bit.

Well said.tragabigzanda wrote:I've documented this earlier in the thread, but my general feeling is that it's a masterfully written and directed show about a bunch of assholes. Ray and Shosh are the only two good people, and they are deeply flawed. But I enjoy the hell out of it, even if I would put Lena Dunham near the very top of the most annoying people on the planet.bodysnatcher wrote:oh i agree, i just don't enjoy the show in general, but my wife digs it so i watch it with herMecca wrote:i dunno, the guys are girls are probably the best characters
It was so good that I don't need another season. Two years in a row they had finale episodes that, for any other show, could have been series finales. They've made work really hard for themselves in this farewell season.VinylGuy wrote:I re watched season 5 these last couple of days....Man, it was the best season of all. They ended in such a high note.

Marnie had sex with her ex-boyfriend/current heroin addict.
I can't remember what the others did. I think Shosh and Ray had a heart-to-heart at Cafe Grumpy? And then Hanna was most likely annoying.

This is far more accurate than trag's (hilarious?) breakdown.VinylGuy wrote:Marnie and Ray are together...he is with her in the tour.tragabigzanda wrote:Jessa and Adam destroyed everything in their house then had sex.Monkey_Driven wrote:I forget how last season ended.

Shosh is helping Ray with his coffee shop...Hanna is over Jessa and Adam. Hanna´s dad goes to see his possible boyfriend.
