I am waiting patiently, devices on, for the big FEMA test scheduled for approx 1:20pm CST.
This event promises to unite our country's digital gut with noise and vibration. A hands-across-america of panic and fear, despite advance warnings from our Federal guides.

if i set my cellular data into the "off" position, will the government's bells' ambiances still be summoned unto me?

it just happened! before i had the chance to test this hypothesis, the alert bells sounded and i nearly jumped out of my seat

It happened here too. Missed opportunity by the Federal government to develop a new sound. Same old tone to my ears, but then again I wasn't listening with headphones.
